prescribed amount means $10 000 or such other
amount as may be prescribed;
prescribed dispute means any matter that may be
the subject of an application under this Act, other than an application made
under this Act that is, or involves, a claim for an amount over the prescribed
amount, but includes an application made under clause 8 of
Schedule 1, irrespective of the amount claimed.
