Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts Regulations may
contain provisions that are necessary or convenient for dealing with matters
concerning the transition from the provisions applying before the commencement
of section 6 of the Road Traffic Amendment Act 2006 1 to the
provisions of this Part, or regulations made under this Part, applying after
that commencement.
