Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The regulations
may provide that a motor vehicle of a class or kind prescribed in the
regulations may, either generally or in prescribed circumstances, be driven on
roads without the driver holding a driver’s licence.
(2) The regulations
may provide for the Director General to permit a person to drive without
holding a driver’s licence of a kind that would otherwise be required to
authorise that driving, and may provide for the Director General to make the
permission subject to conditions.
