Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) If a person
commits an offence under section 97(b) for the purpose of obtaining the
grant, renewal, or variation of a driver’s licence, the driver’s
licence is void from the time when the offence is committed.
(2) A person must not,
without lawful authority or excuse, possess a driver’s licence document
for a licence that is void because of subsection (1).
Penalty: 32 PU.
