Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Where, under the
provisions of this Part, a licence for a vehicle shall or may be granted,
extended or renewed without payment of the vehicle licence charge the Director
General shall, when granting, extending or renewing a licence, issue to the
owner of the vehicle a registration label, without further payment, which
shall have effect for the duration of the licence in respect of which it is
granted.
(2) The owner of the
vehicle shall, so long as the licence in respect of which it is granted
remains in force, affix and keep affixed to the vehicle the registration label
issued to him under this section by such means and in such manner as is
prescribed in regard to ordinary registration labels.
