agent carrying on business at more than one place the Board may from time to
time give such directions as it thinks fit for separate audits of the trust
accounts in respect of the business carried on at each place, or for the
acceptance by the auditor of the certificates of some person or persons
approved by the Board with respect to the examination of the trust accounts
kept at any branch office of the business.
