Western Australian Consolidated Acts In this Part, unless
the context otherwise requires —
authorised financial institution means a bank or
other body that is prescribed or belongs to a class of bodies that is
prescribed;
bank account means an account kept with a bank or
other similar body;
banker means the manager, or other officer, for
the time being in charge of the office of a bank or other body in which any
account of an agent is kept;
business day means a day other than Saturday,
Sunday, or a public holiday;
separate account means a trust account referred to
in section 68A(1);
trust accounts means accounts relating to moneys
received or held by an agent for or on behalf of any other person in respect
of transactions;
year means a period of 12 months ending on
31 December, subject however to the provisions of section 71.
