Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) An agent shall not
employ as a sales representative, or permit to carry out in the business of
the agent any of the functions of a sales representative, any other person,
not being a licensee who is the holder of a current triennial certificate,
unless that other person is a registered sales representative.
Penalty: $3 000.
(2) A developer shall
not employ as a real estate sales representative, or permit to carry out in
the business of the developer, any of the functions of a real estate sales
representative, any other person, not being a licensee who is the holder of a
current triennial certificate, unless that other person is a registered sales
representative.
Penalty: $3 000.
