Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A person may at
any time surrender a certificate of registration held by him and shall do so
if he ceases to have the qualifications for holding the certificate of
registration.
(2) Despite the
surrender by a person of a certificate of registration, this Act applies, for
the purpose of enabling the person to be investigated or otherwise dealt with
for a matter arising before the surrender, as if the certificate had not been
surrendered.
