Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A registered sales
representative shall comply with the provisions of this Act and the code of
conduct for sales representatives.
(2) The Board may
grant a certificate of registration or a renewal thereof subject to such
special conditions as it thinks fit.
(3) A registered sales
representative shall comply with any special condition to which his
certificate of registration is subject.
