Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A person shall not
hold more than one licence or more than one triennial certificate and shall
not carry on more than one business as an agent thereunder.
(2) A licence or a
triennial certificate is not transferable.
(3) A licensee shall
not in any way permit, or hold himself out as being willing to permit, another
person to use the licence or a triennial certificate of the licensee.
Penalty: $20 000.
