business of a licensee and the name of the other licensee who is manager of
that place and any changes thereto shall be endorsed on the triennial
certificate of the first-mentioned licensee.
(2) The place of
business of a branch office shall be endorsed on the triennial certificate of
the licensee who is manager of that office.
