Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Where a triennial
certificate expires and is not renewed within the period of 12 months
thereafter an application for a renewal shall be made at least one month prior
to the date on which it is intended the renewal shall take effect unless the
applicant satisfies the Board that there is reasonable cause for the
application being made out of time.
(2) The application
shall be made in writing and in a manner and form determined by the Board in
respect of such an application and shall contain such information as is
required by the Board in respect of such an application.
(3) The information
contained in the application shall be verified by statutory declaration of the
applicant or where the applicant is a firm or body corporate by the person who
is to be in bona fide control of the business operated under the licence.
(4) In respect of any
particular application the applicant shall furnish the Board with such further
information as the Board determines, verified if the Board so requires by
statutory declaration.
(5) An applicant is a
party to proceedings before the Board on his application.
