Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) There shall be
a Registrar of the Board and there may be such Deputy Registrar,
Assistant Registrars, inspectors and other officers of the Board as are
necessary for its proper functioning.
(2) The officers of
the Board shall be appointed and shall hold office subject to and in
accordance with Part 3 of the Public Sector Management Act 1994 .
(3) The officers of
the Board may hold office as such in conjunction with any other office in the
Public Service of the State.
(4) Anything by this
Act appointed or authorised or required to be done or signed by the Registrar
may be done or signed by any Deputy or Assistant Registrar and shall be as
valid and effectual as if done or signed by the Registrar.
(5) All courts,
judges, and persons acting judicially shall take judicial notice of the
official signature of every person who is for the time being and every person
who has at any time been Registrar, Deputy Registrar, Assistant Registrar, or
inspector of the Board and of the fact that such person holds or has held such
office.
