ROYAL COMMISSIONS ACT 1968 - SECT 20
20 . Statements made by witness not admissible in evidence against him
A statement or
disclosure made by a witness in answer to any question put to him by a
Commission or any of the Commissioners shall not (except in contempt
proceedings or proceedings for an offence against this Act) be admissible in
evidence against him in any civil or criminal proceedings in any Court in this
State.
