REFERENDUMS ACT 1983 - SECT 18
18 . Provisions of Electoral Act as to ordinary voting etc. to apply
Sections 100(3) to
(3b), 100A, 100B, 102, 102A(2) and (3), 103 1 to 112 (both inclusive), 114(3),
115 to 127 (both inclusive) 2 , 129 to 133 (both inclusive) and 156 of the
Electoral Act 1907 shall apply to and in relation to a referendum as if it
were an election.
