Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts When a fine is imposed
on a respondent under this Division, the respondent shall forthwith pay the
amount of the fine to the Treasurer of the State and, if the respondent does
not do so, that amount may be recovered in a court of competent jurisdiction
at the suit of the Treasurer of the State as a civil debt owing to the Crown.
