PUBLIC SECTOR MANAGEMENT ACT 1994 - SECT 6

6 .         Application

        (1)         This Act binds the Crown in right of the State.

        (2)         Except to the extent to which a provision of this Act specifies otherwise, the Industrial Relations Act 1979 applies to and in relation to matters dealt with by this Act.
