Western Australian Consolidated Acts In performing the
functions of a chief executive officer or chief employee of a department or
organisation, that chief executive officer or chief employee
shall —
(a)
endeavour to attain performance objectives agreed with the responsible
authority of the department or organisation;
(b)
comply with public sector standards, codes of ethics and any relevant code of
conduct;
(c)
comply with the principles set out in sections 7, 8 and 9; and
(d)
comply with any binding award, order or industrial agreement under the
Industrial Relations Act 1979 or employer-employee agreement under Part
VID of the Industrial Relations Act 1979 .
