Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts The Minister may, in
writing and either generally or as otherwise provided by the instrument of
delegation, delegate to a person any of the powers or duties of the Minister
under this Act or under any other Act, other than —
(a) this
power of delegation; or
(b) the
power of direction conferred on the Minister by section 11(1).
