PARLIAMENTARY SUPERANNUATION ACT 1970 - SECT 31

31 .         Regulations

                The Governor may make regulations not inconsistent with this Act prescribing any matter or thing necessary or convenient to be prescribed for the purposes of carrying this Act into effect.
