PARLIAMENTARY SUPERANNUATION ACT 1970 - SECT 26

26 .         Payments to be made from Consolidated Account

                There shall be charged to the Consolidated Account — 

            (a)         all pensions, benefits and refunds of contributions payable under this Act; and

            (b)         the costs of the administration of this Act,

                and the Consolidated Account is hereby appropriated accordingly.
