PARLIAMENTARY SUPERANNUATION ACT 1970 - SECT 21
21 . Termination
of pension if recipient becomes member of Parliament
If a former member who
is receiving or is entitled to receive a pension under this Part again becomes
a member, his right to that pension shall cease.
