PARLIAMENTARY SUPERANNUATION ACT 1970 - SECT 2

2 .         Commencement

        (1)         Subject to subsection (2), this Act shall come into operation on the date on which it receives the Royal Assent ¹ .

        (2)         Part IV shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1 January 1970.
