Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A release from a
rent of part of the land out of which it is payable does not extinguish the
whole rent, but operates only to bar the right to recover any part of the rent
out of the land released, without prejudice to the rights of any persons
interested in the land remaining unreleased, and not concurring in or
confirming the release.
(2) This section
applies to releases made after the coming into operation of this Act.
