Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts Where in an instrument
that comes into operation after the coming into operation of this Act a
remainder is limited mediately or immediately to the heir or heirs of the body
of a person to whom an estate for any life in the same property is expressly
given, the estate of that person shall be an estate for that life with
remainder to the persons who on the death of that person intestate would be
beneficially entitled to his property and in the same shares.
