PUBLIC INTEREST DISCLOSURE ACT 2003 - SECT 21

21 .         Guidelines

                The Commissioner must —

            (a)         prepare guidelines on internal procedures relating to the functions of a proper authority under this Act; and

            (b)         ensure that all proper authorities have copies of the guidelines.
