PUBLIC INTEREST DISCLOSURE ACT 2003 - SECT 19

19 .         Promoting compliance with this Act

        (1)         The Commissioner is to monitor compliance with —

            (a)         this Act; and

            (b)         the code established under section 20.

        (2)         The Commissioner is to assist public authorities and public officers to comply with this Act and the code established under section 20.
