PROTECTIVE CUSTODY ACT 2000 - SECT 29

29 .         Regulations

        (1)         The Governor may make regulations prescribing all matters that are necessary or convenient to be prescribed for giving effect to the purposes of this Act.

        (2)         Without limiting subsection (1), regulations may provide for the manner and form of recording any information that is required to be recorded under this Act.
