Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts For the purposes of
conducting an investigation under this Act, the Commissioner may, at any time,
enter any premises occupied or used by any department or authority to which
this Act applies, and inspect those premises or anything for the time
being therein.
