93 .         Operation of s. 91, 91A and 92 subject to this Act and other laws

                Sections 91, 91A and 92 have effect subject to —

            (a)         any other provision of this Act; and

            (b)         the regulations; and

            (c)         a direction under section 95; and

            (d)         any other law.
