23 . Security for compensation
The Court before whom
proceedings in relation to compensation have been commenced may, at any stage
of those proceedings, make an order against the person concerned in them and
from whom compensation is sought, from commencing or, as the case may be,
continuing any operations under this Act until he has given such security as
the Court thinks fit for payment of any compensation for which he may be or
become liable.
