19 . Compensation for further damage
If while in occupation
of any land comprised in a permit, drilling reservation, lease or licence the
permittee, holder of the drilling reservation, lessee or licensee, as the case
requires, causes any damage to the surface of any private land comprised
within the boundaries of the land the subject of the permit, drilling
reservation, lease or licence belonging either to the same or any other owner,
or to any improvement on any such private land, not being damage already
assessed under the provisions of this Part, the owner and occupier of the
private land or improvement shall severally be entitled to compensation for
the damage sustained by each of them, and the amount of such compensation
shall be ascertained in accordance with the provisions of section 17.
