123 . Local planning scheme or local law to be consistent with region planning scheme or Swan Valley Planning Scheme
(1) A local planning
scheme is not to be approved by the Minister under this Act unless the
provisions of the local planning scheme are in accordance with and consistent
with each relevant region planning scheme.
(2) Local laws which
if made would affect or be likely to affect a region planning scheme or the
Swan Valley Planning Scheme are not to be made by a local government unless
the provisions of the local laws are in accordance with and consistent with
each relevant region planning scheme or (if relevant) the Swan Valley Planning
Scheme.
