Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Minister, with
the Treasurer’s concurrence, may by order exempt a transaction or class
of transaction from the operation of section 40 either unconditionally or
on specified conditions.
(2) An order under
subsection (1) may be revoked or amended by the Minister with the
Treasurer’s concurrence.
(3) An order under
subsection (1) or (2) is to show sufficient particulars of the
transaction or class of transaction to which it relates to enable the
transaction or class to be identified.
(4) The Minister must,
within 14 days after an order under subsection (1) or (2) is made,
cause it to be laid before each House of Parliament or dealt with in
accordance with section 133.
