Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) If there is a
dispute between a port authority and any department, instrumentality or agency
of the State with respect to any port land or any other property of the port
authority, the parties to that dispute are to refer it to the Minister, and
the Minister’s decision on it is final and binding on the parties.
(2) This section does
not apply to a dispute relating to the proposed acquisition by a port
authority of freehold title to Crown land.
