Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A board, when it
delivers to the Minister its annual report under section 68, is also to
deliver to the Minister a separate report on the observance by members of
staff of any code of conduct in force under section 21.
(2) A board is to give
to the Commissioner for Public Sector Standards a copy of each report under
subsection (1).
