Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Commissioner
for Public Sector Standards may in writing direct a board —
(a) to
report to the Commissioner on the observance by members of staff of any code
of conduct in force under section 21; and
(b) to
make the reports at such times, but not more often than half-yearly,
as the Commissioner
may specify.
(2) A board must
comply with a direction given to it under subsection (1).
(3) The Commissioner
for Public Sector Standards may at any time report to the Minister on any
matter relating to the observance by members of staff of a port authority of a
code of conduct in force under section 21 that the Commissioner thinks
should be brought to the Minister’s attention.
