Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The board of a
port authority must, after consultation with the Commissioner for Public
Sector Standards, prepare and issue a code or codes of conduct setting out
minimum standards of conduct and integrity to be observed by members of staff.
(2) In complying with
subsection (1) a board is to have regard to the principles set out in
section 9 of the Public Sector Management Act 1994 .
(3) A board may, after
consultation with the Commissioner for Public Sector Standards, amend any code
of conduct in force under subsection (1) or revoke it and substitute a
new code of conduct.
(4) In this section
and in sections 22 and 23 —
members of staff includes the CEO.
