Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A board
may —
(a)
appoint committees of directors or other persons; and
(b)
discharge, alter or reconstitute any committee.
(2) A committee is to
comply with any direction or requirement of the board.
(3) A committee may,
with the approval of the board, invite any person, including a member of
staff, to participate in a meeting of the committee but such a person cannot
vote on any resolution before the committee.
(4) Subject to
subsection (2), a committee may determine its own procedures.
