Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A director is to
be paid out of the funds of the port authority such remuneration and
allowances as are determined in the case of that port authority by the
Minister.
(2) Subject to
subsection (3) and Schedule 2, clause 3(4), the same rates of
remuneration and allowances are to apply to all directors of the port
authority.
(3) Remuneration is
not to be paid to a director who holds a full-time office or position that is
remunerated out of moneys appropriated by Parliament.
