Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts If a court finds that
a person has committed an offence under section 5 or 6 or any other
offence under this Act prescribed for the purposes of this section by the
regulations and the court is satisfied that, unless restrained, the person is
subsequently likely to commit an offence of a similar kind, the court may make
a restraining order if it considers that making the order would be appropriate
in the circumstances.
