PROSTITUTION ACT 2000 - SECT 12

12 .         Contravening direction by police to move on

                A person is not to, without lawful excuse, contravene a direction given under section 24.

        Penalty:         For a first offence, $6 000.

                For a subsequent offence, imprisonment for one year.
