Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A person, other
than a person who may be permitted to visit or interview a prisoner under
section 59, 61, 62, 63, or 64 or otherwise under this Act, who desires to
visit a prisoner for a bona fide purpose may be permitted to do so by the
chief executive officer.
(2) Permission to
visit a prisoner under this section may be given subject to such conditions as
the chief executive officer thinks fit.
