Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A legal
practitioner may for the purposes of pending court proceedings interview a
prisoner who is his client at a reasonable hour, or as otherwise authorised by
the superintendent, within the view but not the hearing of an officer.
(2) With the approval
of the superintendent, a legal practitioner may at a reasonable hour
interview, within the view but not the hearing of an officer, a prisoner for a
bona fide purpose.
