Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts A prisoner shall be
permitted to receive during hours prescribed by rules a visit for an official
purpose from —
(a) the
prisoner’s parole officer;
(b) the
Parliamentary Commissioner for Administrative Investigations or one of his
officers;
(c) the
Commonwealth Ombudsman, a Deputy Commonwealth Ombudsman or a member of the
staff of the Commonwealth Ombudsman.
