Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts Upon the release of a
prisoner from prison, the chief executive officer may, out of the moneys
available to him for the purpose, provide him with the means of returning to
his home or his usual place of residence within the State or the place of his
arrest within the State by causing his fare to be paid or by providing other
means of transport.
