Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The chief
executive officer is to ensure that notice of the issue, suspension,
reinstatement or revocation of a permit is published in the Gazette within
14 days after the day the event occurs.
(2) The validity of
the issue, suspension, reinstatement or revocation of a permit is not affected
by failure to publish the notice.
