Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The chief
executive officer may, in writing, require a contract worker who applies for,
or holds, a permit to attend at a place and there have his or her fingerprints
or palmprints taken by a member of the Police Force or an employee of the
Police Service.
(2) The Commissioner
of Police is to cause fingerprints and palmprints taken under this section and
any copy of them to be destroyed —
(a) if
the permit is not granted; or
(b) when
the permit no longer has effect.
