“APLO” means an Aboriginal police
liaison officer appointed under section 38B(1);
“Commissioner” means the Commissioner
of Police appointed under section 5;
“police officer” means a person
appointed under Part I as an officer or constable of the Police Force, other
than as the Commissioner.
